Well you know ObamaShamCare has to be funded so now they - Congress and your administration want a 1% fee on every bank transaction you do or your business does. Surely you've heard about this and if by now you haven't then Google it or whatever and there it is. If this doesn't p.y.o. then yo mama wears combat boots!
